THIS EVENT IS FOR FAMILIES THAT HAVE LOST A CHILD DUE TO MEDICAL ILLNESS- THIS IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
You're invited to join Casey's Circle, sMiles 4 Sammy, and the Dell Children's Palliative Care Team for the 5th annual Angel Ornament Dinner. Any family that has lost a child due to medical illness is invited to intend. Dinner will be provided by sMile 4 Sammy and then families can create special ornaments to honor the lives of the children that have passed away.
It is not required, but if you are able please bring a photo of your child. This is a great opportunity to share memories and celebrate the amazing lives that were cut short.
Siblings are welcome.
Registration for this event is required. Be sure to reserve seats for everyone in your party. We look forward to seeing you soon.

This is done by providing tools, education, resources and opportunities to help improve the quality of life for medically complex children, their families and their providers, while also strengthening their circle of care.
Vision
To improve the quality of life for medically complex children, their families and their providers:
- Provide tools and resources to help in the day to day care.
- Provide social events designed for children with complex medical needs, but fun for the entire family.
- Provide bereavement events designed to celebrate the lives of children that have passed away due to medical illness.
- All of our events are ALWAYS free for the families we support.
- Educate providers and families on how to best care for medically complex children as a team/circle of care.
